In case of cancellation of a booking made through the website either by prepayment or deposit no amount will be refunded. In case of arrival of a paid reservation without the proper rental documents required by law and mentioned in our terms and conditions the company has the right not to refund any money. Bookings made in the form of a request and subsequently no partial or full payment is made no booking is valid. If a confirmed booking is delayed more than 3 hours without having notified the office by telephone then it will automatically be cancelled

In case the renter does not show up on the agreed day and time of delivery without prior notice the company has the right to cancel the reservation after 3 hours and has the right of non-refund.
